Everyone Outreach is available to congregations of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod.
Additionally, a key requirement for participation is an engaged leadership team and congregation.
WELS congregations will see the most benefit from our workshop and program if all members of the church council, church staff and a critical mass of congregants attend the Everyone Outreach workshop.
Program cost varies based on the congregation’s number of communicants.

This fee is the only expense for the facilitator time, travel, lodging, etc. as well as all workshop materials. The relatively low cost for the program is possible due to subsidy by the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod's (WELS) Commission on Evangelism.
Congregations will also have costs associated with any refreshments or meals they choose to provide in conjunction with the workshop.
Everyone Outreach is designed to lead your congregation through the process of discovering your own thought habits and how those ingrained beliefs are impacting your culture.
To build momentum and implementation success, all workshop participants will have personal commitments for ongoing engagement in outreach. Everyone Outreach has tools to help congregations reinforce an outreach culture.
